Lemon Parmesan Kale Chips

Toss together a few simple ingredients and pop these crunchy lemon parmesan kale chips into the oven for a simple and healthy snack!


  • 4 cups kale, rinsed and cut or torn into 2” pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 12 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 tbsp bread crumbs


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine
  3. Spread evenly on 2 sheet pans (or work in batches) to give the kale plenty of space. Try to avoid overlap if possible
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 60-80 minutes, tossing every 20 minutes, until completely dry and crispy
